  • I am deeply thankful for the experience

“I am deeply thankful for the experience with Coby, I felt a fuse was diminished in me that could have been detrimental to my mental health. In the crisis scenario of how I felt at the time, she was actively engaged with me and I experienced a person with integrity.”

  • it made the world of difference to me

“My counsellor Coby very much helped me through a life-changing and heart-breaking situation. I felt so much better after speaking with her, a weight had been lifted off of me and I felt that someone heard what I was saying. She gave me some great information and activities I could try. Including mindfulness however in a different way than I had tried before, this was very helpful and I will continue to use this in the future. I want to thank her so very much for all her support, it made the world of difference to me.”
